burro, 15 gr. <br />
farina, 15 gr. <br />
latte, 1 dl. <br />
parmigiano grattugiato,<br />
spinaci, 120 gr. <br />
sale, <br />
speck, 120 gr. </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma"><span style="font-size: small">Preparazione</span></span></strong><span style="font-family: Tahoma"><span style="font-size: small">: </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Tahoma"><span style="font-size: small">Mettete in un pentolino il burro a cuocere.<br />
Unite la farina e lavorate.<br />
Aggiungete il latte caldo.<br />
Aggiustate la besciamella di sale.<br />
Portate a cottura gli spinaci.<br />
Scolateli e privateli della restante acqua.<br />
Insaporite con burro e parmigiano grattugiato.<br />
Uniteli alla besciamella ed amalgamate bene.<br />
Portate il composto in una tasca da pasticceria.<br />
Farcite i bign&egrave;.<br />
Disponeteci sopra una fetta di speck.<br />
Infornate per 15 minuti a 180&deg;C.<br />
Servite ben caldi. </span></span></p>
